These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PartyLab and the purchase of the photo packages offered through this website, a service provided by PartyLab di Stefano Ferrara (VAT number IT01455990323) - for the provider's full details see our Legal Notice.

1. The service

PartyLab is an AI-based photo booth: organizers purchase a package (number of photos, available styles and themes) for their event, and guests take a photo that is transformed with AI into different styles and received by email or download.

2. Prices and payment

Package prices are shown on the Compare packages page and may change over time; the price applied is always the one shown at the time of purchase. Payment is processed online through Stripe, a third-party payment provider: PartyLab does not store or have access to your card details.

3. Activation of the service and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (an individual purchasing outside the scope of a trade, business or profession), you are normally entitled to withdraw within 14 days of purchasing a digital service. By activating the package on your event right after purchase - as normally happens, so you can use it promptly - you expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately: once performance has started, the right of withdrawal lapses for the part of the service already performed, as provided under applicable EU consumer protection rules (implemented in Italy under Article 59 of the Consumer Code).

4. Refunds

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis by writing to info@partylab.me. There is no automatic refund process: each request is reviewed individually based on how much of the purchased package has already been used.

5. Service availability and AI-generated results

We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the photo booth station, nor a specific outcome from the AI-generated transformations, which can naturally vary from shot to shot.

6. Intellectual property and third-party trademarks

Some available styles and themes are visually inspired by third-party trademarks (e.g. LEGO®, PLAYMOBIL®) purely as a descriptive reference to the photo style: none of these trademarks sponsor, authorize or endorse PartyLab or the generated content.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data collected through the website and during the event is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time; the version in force is always the one published on this page at the time of purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the protections provided under applicable consumer protection law, including the consumer's local court for any dispute.
