Yes: on the "Styles and themes" page of the site you can browse all the available transformations, organized by occasion, even before organizing or attending an event.

Yes: from your dashboard you can select which styles and themes are available to your guests. If you pick just one, it's used automatically for everyone with no extra step; if you pick more than one, the guest chooses at the moment of the shot. The Classic package (no AI) is the exception: there, style and theme aren't selectable - every photo stays the original one.

The Classic package doesn't use artificial intelligence: your guests take a photo and get back the original shot, with no style or theme transformation, and you won't see those sections in your dashboard. It's the right choice if you just want a traditional photo gallery of the event.

Yes: from your dashboard you can upload your own custom logo (PNG) or remove the "PartyLab" text from the photos entirely, no need to contact us. This is included in some packages; if yours doesn't include it, you can still turn it on as a standalone add-on from the same dashboard.

Yes, each event has a set number of available photos agreed with the organizer: once used up, the service stops until it's extended.

Yes: once the event is over, you can download all the photos and results in a single ZIP file from your dashboard, handy to keep or share before they're automatically deleted.

Yes: by default, guests are asked for explicit consent before their photo can appear in the event's public gallery. Anyone who declines won't appear in the public gallery. You can turn this setting on or off for your event from the dashboard.

Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Before proceeding, you'll be asked to create a PartyLab user profile: from there you can select your package and complete payment.

No, PartyLab works directly from the browser, both on your smartphone and on a fixed station, nothing to download from an app store.

Depending on how the event is set up, you can download it directly to your device or receive it by email by entering your address, sometimes only one of the two options is available.

The organizer gives you a QR code or a dedicated link for the event: just scan it with your phone's camera to open the right page instantly.

Yes, before confirming you can retake the shot as many times as you like: the photo is only sent for transformation after you confirm it.

Usually a few dozen seconds: the photo is processed by an AI, so the time can vary slightly.

In rare cases the transformation can fail due to a technical error: you'll see a message and can simply try again, without it counting against your turn.

You get your original photo, exactly as it was taken: there are no styles or themes to choose from, because the event doesn't use any AI transformation.

On a touch device (smartphone, tablet, or the kiosk itself) you can leave a 1-to-5 star rating; a free comment, when enabled by the organizer, is feedback for the organizer and is available on any device, touch or not.

Your photo is processed with artificial intelligence to generate the stylized result: by law we must ask for your explicit consent before processing it this way. Taking the shot itself stays local to the device, the consent popup appears when you confirm the photo to proceed with the transformation, not before you take it.

You can decline consent to use your photo or image, but in that case you won't be able to use the photo booth or take photos through PartyLab.

Only if the organizer has enabled this option for the event: in that case, before showing you the result, we ask for your explicit consent to publish your photo in the public gallery. You can always decline without losing your personal photo.

To use the photobooth if you're a minor, a parent or guardian's consent is required.

Your photo is uploaded to secure storage, and the transformation is carried out through an AI provider: it doesn't use it to train its own models, only to generate your result. Details on the providers involved are in our privacy policy.

Every generated image carries a visible "AI generated" label directly on the photo, as required by regulations on transparency for AI-generated content.

Yes, your photo is processed by a provider based in the United States; only the photo is transferred, not your other data, and the transfer still takes place in accordance with the safeguards required by the GDPR. You can find the details in our privacy policy.

No, not by default: we only use it to send you that one photo. If you tick the optional "I want to stay updated..." checkbox you can also join our newsletter, never mandatory, and you can unsubscribe with one click at any time.

First check your spam/promotions folder. If it still doesn't arrive, make sure you typed the address correctly, or let the event staff know - they can fix it and resend it.

Photos are normally available for 60 days after the event (the organizer can extend this period), giving you time to download them or receive them by email; after that, the files are deleted automatically.
