Data controller

The controller of your data is Welcome Coffee, Via Crispi 23, Roma - infowelcoffee@gmail.com.

Data processor

The photo service is provided by PartyLab di Stefano Ferrara (VAT IT01455990323), which processes the data on behalf of the controller as data processor (art. 28 GDPR), only to provide the service - full details in the Legal Notice.

What data and why

The photo you take, the photo transformed with artificial intelligence and, if you ask to receive the photo by email, your email address. They are used only to create your photo and send it to you.

Technical providers

To provide the service we rely on technical providers (hosting, storage, email delivery, artificial intelligence service), acting as sub-processors. Photos are never used to train AI models.

Retention

Photos are deleted automatically after 60 days.
